2. Hosting and Technical Data

This website is hosted via Lovable Cloud. When you access the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) is processed in server log files to ensure the delivery and security of the site. This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Newsletter

We use beehiiv, Inc. (USA) to send our newsletter. If you register via the sign-up form, we store your email address and, optionally, your first name. Registration only takes place with your explicit consent (double opt-in) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. The registration only becomes effective once you click the link contained in that email. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by emailing us.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of a contract or required by law. For sending the newsletter, we transmit the necessary data to beehiiv.
